Hotswinki provides an online website and streaming service for informational and entertainment purposes. Access may be updated, interrupted or limited without prior notice when technical maintenance, licensing or platform issues require changes.
Content ownership
Station branding, website layout, visual elements and original editorial materials belong to Hotswinki or are used with permission. Third-party music, artwork, logos and metadata remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or stream, interfere with service delivery or attempt unauthorized copying, redistribution or exploitation of protected content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the stream or connected website services.
- Do not present Hotswinki branding or content as your own.
- Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.
